So this is the first week of my JUNIOR year of COLLEGE. Sweet Jesus! Where did the time go? Before I know it, I’ll be starting my senior year, and within the blink of an eye, be parading into the Mann Music Center to Pomp and Circumstance.
For some reason this has me overcome with emotions. Sad that in 3 weeks ill be turning 20 and this is my last year I can pass as being a ‘child’. Proud because of the strong, independent, EDUCATED, young woman im becoming. Grateful for all the great people college has brought into my life. Motivated to finish out my last two [maybe three] years strong and be the first person in my family to graduate college. Scared because im so close to the end yet anxious to graduate.
Through all this emotion though, Im ready for whatever is coming my way and thats really all that matters.
